  2. Crown Pull: The Crown Chakra is associated with the higher self and spiritual connection. The Crown Pull is a technique that involves gently pulling on the energy at the top of the head from the forehead to the base of the skull along the centre of the head, to help balance the Crown Chakra and promote a sense of calm. Plus it feels amazing!

  3. The Wayne Cook Posture: The Wayne Cook posture is a technique that involves crossing the ankles, putting one hand on the opposite knee, and touching the tip of the tongue to the roof of the mouth while taking deep breaths. It helps calm the mind, reduce anxiety, and promote mental clarity.


  4. Spleen hug: The Spleen meridian is associated with the Earth element and is thought to help ground and calm the body. The Spleen Hug is a technique that involves placing one hand on the lower left ribcage and the other hand on the lower right ribcage and gently hugging the sides of the body. It helps calm the nervous system and reduce anxiety.


  5. Simply breathing: Focus on the breath inhaling for a count of 4, holding for a count of 4 and then exhaling for a count of 8. If you put your hand over your forehead while doing this, you’ll activate the calming assistance on the central neurovasculars. By simply bringing your focus onto your breath, you have no choice but to be in the present moment to help rewrite your brain from the state of anxiety.
