An Earth Element type through and through, I am there to help others through the challenges of change. Empathetic, works hard for other people, I describe myself as into the ‘woo woo’ but very down to earth. I am a Mama and also have a very big connection to nature and animals, all of these things spark joy for me.

I’ve always felt that health and wellness is primarily inside job (but I do absolutely love and value conventional western medicine when it’s required!) Our thoughts and feelings about the world around us can impact every cell in our body - what you focus on expands, and as a society, it feels that we’ve lost touch with importance of slowing down, getting out in nature, just being.
