In our fast-paced world, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and disconnected from ourselves. Between managing daily responsibilities, navigating relationships, and striving for personal goals, finding moments of clarity and alignment can feel elusive.

I’ve spent the past three years cultivating a moment in the morning that is sacred for me. Using an intuitive journal, I have managed to pinpoint cycles in my life—both the good and the not-so-good. By incorporating gratitude, oracle cards, and moon cycles, I’ve enhanced my self-awareness, aligned to my natural rhythms, and supported my personal growth progress.

Our bodies actually do contain atoms that were forged in the stars*!
